If you want to better understand the new diseases of our medical technological world this is a good starting place. The cause in my mind is over use of antibiotics and steriods, vaccination and experimental medicine. The cure? Well, as the article suggests, throwing more antibiotics at it may help, but this is illogical in light of what we know about how new strains of microbes evolve.
