Cavities, Gum Disease, Toothache, Bad Breath, How to Prevent and Cure Oral Disease

With Dental and Oral disease these are the big three issues that come into play!
First is a microbe problem in your mouth,
Second is a nutritional problem.
Third may be a fluoride issue…And I do think you can overcome it!
But it will take some work on your part.

You must start eating lots more fresh veggies, like every day, veggie salads!
You need to address all three and here is the plan. Aside from brushing and flossing daily, which is probably the only correct thing your dentist has taught you, this is what I would do.

1. Stop drinking anything with fluoride in it. Purchase bottled or purified water if you must. Too much fluoride makes your teeth weak, crumble and become susceptible to cavities.

2. Get Xylitolwhite or Spry tooth paste. Don’t ever use the other stuff again. These toothpastes will help to eliminate bacteria. – Product Details – Now Foods, XyliWhite Toothpaste Gel, Refreshmint, 6.4 oz (181 g)
I just happen to have a coupon code for Xyliwhite and you will get it free if you make a first order. Put BAR967 in the coupon code. Or if you don’t want the toothpaste the code can be used for $5 off any other product. Anyone reading this can use it but I don’t know for how long it will be good for. If you don’t like Xyliwhite then try Spry next time.

3. For a while you will have to get into the offensive attack mode. Get some Nutribiotic Grapefruit Seed Extract and put one drop on your toothpaste and brush. If you can tolerate it increase to two drops when you can. If your gums can handle it rub it directly on the gums and put some on your dental floss. Now be careful because if your gums are really bad it will burn. You want to work up to it. – Product Details – NutriBiotic, The Original GSE Liquid Concentrate, 4 fl oz (118 ml)

4. Get some CoQ10 100mg and take one cap two times a day. This is the type I recommend because it is an an oil base which makes it assimilate better. This will nourish your gums from the inside out and you can also poke a hole in the cap and apply it directly to your gums. – Product Details – Healthy Origins, CoQ10 Gels, 100 mg, 150 Softgel Capsules

5. Vegital Silica may be helpful to strenghten bones and teeth. I wonder how your bones are? Take 3 caps two times a day for about 3 months, then 2 caps as maintenance. – Product Details – Flora, Vegetal Silica, 180 Capsules
NOW, the Flora bone builder below also has silica but you need to take extra for a while. For further information go here:

6. Take trace minerals, liquid is good, from a Utah mine or this, or any that has at least 72 trace minerals. – Product Details – Source Naturals, Colloida Life Trace Minerals, 4 fl oz (118.28 ml)

7. Take a low dose calcium/magnesium supplement. about 300mg on the calcium. One tablet of these daily will be Ok. – Product Details – Flora, Bone Basics, 160 Capsules

8. Vitamin D, Purchase 5,000 IU caps and take 10,000 IU daily for 2 weeks, then 5,000 IU daily. This is one of the best products here:

9. Eliminate all sugar from your diet, at least until you are healed up. Try Xylitol or stevia for your sweetening needs. – Product Details – Now Foods, Stevia Liquid Extract, 2 fl oz (60 ml) – Product Details – Now Foods, Xylitol Plus, 75 Packets
If you look around you will find some cookbooks for this stuff, like on Amazon. I often use them together cause if you use tooo much stevia it has an aftertaste, but it is cheaper than xylitol, which tastes the best. Together I can get a nice compromise.

10. Make sure your toothbrush is clean. You do not need to purchase a new brush frequently if you leave your brush in hydrogen peroxide. Your brush will be very clean for each use. Some people use a little clorox. A quarter teaspoon in a glass of water is more than enough to sterilize your brush. Just give it a quick rinse before using.

11. Learn about MMS at  You can activte some mms, about 5 drops and add 3 or 4 ounces of water and use it to brush your teeth with. This will really cut down on the bacterial load. You can do it for up to a week every few weeks but do not do it every day forever as it is reported to cause tooth sensitivity.

12. Get rid of the mercury filling that are toxic and harbor bacteria. Find a dentist that can treat with ozone. Learn more about it here:

I hope you find this helpful. I have managed to eliminate all my gum issues and have helped quite a few others do the same and I haven’t had a cavity in more years than I can remember!

If you do searches on these different things on this forum you will learn just what they do and why they will be really helpful to your healing.

and if you choose to shop at enter coupon code BAR967 at the checkout and receive $5 off your first order.

These are some great suggestions. Flouride is a poison – that is why it is not included in pet dental products like doggy toothpaste. If a small animals ingests it, it can cause all sorts of serious issues. The best dental marketing for those who are concerned with using natural remedies would be to address the adverse health effects of so many of those products and ingredients which have traditionally been used for dental care.

I could not help but read these post concerning oral care. I will share a very factual testimony. My own.
I had advanced gum disease, and the dentist wanted to schedule me for immediate deep scraping…
I asked to have a few weeks before going thru with this. I had an idea.
I had heard many times that substituting citric acid in the mms solution in place of citric acid would create a “friendlier” solution, and YES, it is true.
I at once stopped using my flouridated toothpaste and began using the MMS solution as a means to clean my mouth.
I brushed like normal three times a day with the solution making sure that I used a soft oral b brush, and also brushed my tounge and after brushing I gargled with the solution.
No, I did not swallow the MMS.
I will tell all of you that my mouth NEVER felt so Sqeeky clean in my life, not even after going to the dentist has my mouth felt, tasted, and smelled so freash and clean.
Needless to say the gum disease disappeared completly and my loose teeth actually tightened back up!
My Dentist was SHOCKED how my mouth had changed in three weeks and insisted that I was lying about the MMS.
    No It Is A fact.

In your post about using MMS to heal your dental/oral issues you state “I had heard many times that substituting citric acid in the mms solution in place of citric acid would create a “friendlier” solution” mentioning citric acid twice. I am interested in trying this for my own health challenges but want to be clear about what to substitute, thanks.

  9. Melvyn Says:

    Hi Amanda,
Sorry about that typo, I just I was typing faster than my brain! :)
O.K. Concerning the oral use, please follow:
10 drops of the sodium chlorite 28% solution in small glass cup, then add ether 50 drops of 10% citric acid solution, or 10 drops of 50% citric acid solution to activate it.

lightly swirl and let sit for about 3 minutes, then add 4 ounces of room temperature distilled water.
Next add 1/4 teaspoon of sodium bicarb, or baking soda. This is actually what we use in our lab as a “buffering ” agent to raise the pH of the MMS solution from the normal 2.5 to the better tolerated 6.8 range. Next add 1/4 teaspoon of common table salt and stir.

Now the solution is ready for brushing your teeth, gums, and tongue with, but please use a soft tooth brush.

Spit out the solution after brushing and then use the remaining solution as a gargle and also keep the remaineder in your mouth without swallowing for about 5 minutes to kill all the fungal parasites in your mouth.

Please repeat this 3 times a day for at least 1 full week. You will notice a great change in your teeth and gums. They will be rid of the stains and your gums will stop bleeding. As a matter of fact your mouth will now be cleaner than it ever has been.
You will also notice that much of the stained buildup has also dissolved away, and that your gums are now a nice healthy “pink”

    A word of caution:

There may be much damage left behind by the organisims that cause gum disease. Your gums are far more forgiving than your teeth.
You may have areas of your teeth where the enamel has actually been “eaten away” at the gum line. MMS can not fix this damage, and you may now experience some sensitivity in these areas. This is normal.

At this time I really do not know what to advise for the rebuilding of these eroded areas, but I promise I am looking into this.

Please use the MMS at least once a week in the above described manner, after the first week, to keep the Pathogenic fungus out of your mouth, as they will love to get right back at your teeth again, and it will be easy for them as the damage that they previously performed is like an open door for them.

Your mouth can remain disease free by a simple once a week deep cleaning with MMS, as I have described.

Amanda, I promise you this works!

In the future use a non flouride, tooth paste for sensitive teeth.

Please visit our website and sign up for our newsletter as when we finish developing the system to rebuild the tooth enamel we will be informing everyone.

Thank You for your question, and Arrow thank you for reminding me that there was a question
:) I have been so busy in the lab over the last week I have totally lost track of the days.
I even fell asleep in the Lab on saturday night!
    So much to do.

  10. Melvyn Says:

This is for you. I have completed the brand new MMS alternative product that I had discussed with you previously.
Arrow , as you know I do not agree with Jim Humble, as far as the “chemistry” of MMS, While I absolutely know for a fact that it does kill pathogens, however, I do not believe for a second that the solution needs to be so acidic to work, and now I have proven it in the Lab.
I have now produced stable chlorine dioxide gas in suspension of distilled water, and it is “alkaline”!

What this means is: NO MORE MIXING! It will come “ready to go”, and we have proven that with as little as 30ppm it is effective against over 40 pathogens, and kills them in minutes.
    Including HIV, H.Pylori, and Fusarium.
The solution will come in a cold bottle containing a pure chlorine Dioxide solution of 600ppm, and is stable in the refrigerator. The directions will be simple:
1/4 teaspoon of solution to 3 ounces of cold distilled water, and that is it!
I have been testing this on myself. For the last week I have been taking this mix of this new Miracle every hour and no stomach upset, nausea, or headache at all!

This is not offered to the public yet, but I would like to send you a bottle to experience this amazing product.

    Arrow let me know.

  11. Arrow Durfee Says:

thanks for the clarification Melvyn. I think I will try this but I really don’t have any gum disease to speak of.

Regarding tooth damage from previously poor oral care. I strongly recommend that one sees first a dentist that does the denstistry described on this following link. It will tell you how to find one and yes, they are worth traveling to see. These dentists are light years ahead of the average dentist on the street corner.

After having them work and repair damage ask them for guidance in selecting any cosmetic procedures that would be helpful in making your mouth now LOOK as healthy as it has now .

I am interested in trying a sample. I will contact you privately about this.

Hi there would you mind stating which blog platform
you’re using? I’m going to start my own blog in the near future but I’m having a hard time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
