MRSA - the How and Why of it.

This video tells us how MRSA all came about. They suggest a new name for it.
Instead of MRSA they call it VRSA, the V which stands for vancomycin resisitent
Staph aureus. Since many cases of MRSA/VRSA are no longer cured by the preferred drug vancomycin I will now call this disease VRSA also. The change in names signifies the scientific communitie’s constant struggle to deal with this superbug.
